About Me

I'm a Senior Learning Experience Designer with a Master's of Science in Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. I start with a challenge, analyze the learner and needs, gather content, then start building - sometimes solo, sometimes with a team. Today's learning utilizes the best of new technology to make learning accessible and not overwhelming, all the while empowering learners to grow skills and retain knowledge. I particularly enjoy learning strategy, writing (ask me about my book!), talent development in the learning space, and cross-functional collaboration.

I've supported training efforts in tech, healthcare, financial services and the non profit sector; however, as a lifelong learner I consider myself industry-agnostic. I'm curious about how things work. I make connections across systems, processes and teams, synthesizing what’s most important to create a unified understanding of a topic. People tell me this is my superpower.

On a personal note, I love gardening, hanging out with my family, and rooting for Philadelphia sports teams. If you see me walking by the Wissahickon Creek, be sure to stop and say hi!
